The CVLOA is governed by a Board of Directors (“Board”), which has the rights, powers, privileges, and limitations of liability, for a non-profit corporation organized in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  The Board establishes policies and directives governing business and programs of the CVLOA and its delegates, subject to the provisions of the Bylaws, authority and responsibility for selected tasks and duties to ensure the successful operation of the CVLOA.  An Officer’s term shall be for a two-year period.  The Board consists of the following Officers:

Secretary: Chip Isbell

Treasurer: Grant Russell

At Large: Dick Bedell, Jim Woods, John Henneberry
